 THE MOOC MODEL

This model is referred to an online course in which you could find a lot of information about any topic to learn as a class but through the use of technology. It has so many resources (interactive, dynamic,...), activities, and other things which can help you to improve in whatever course that you decided to be enrolled in.

This model has based on two theories, those are Constructivism and Connectivism.

Constructivism: It emphasizes the individual.

Connectivism: It emphasizes the network.

BASIC MOOC FEATURES

Mooc can be listed by some components, they are:

• Large scale
• Openness
• Networking
• Personalized participation, includes the online learning effectiveness, the mastery of learning, the interactive cooperation, and the learning mechanism of complex system self-organization core.

To develop this kind of model we need:

1. Establish the objective for the course

2. Look for a good Mooc platform to work with.

3. Design the course with the information required

4. Write a video script and record the video

5. Provide feedback on each task, and create and add assessments to see the progress.

And final, to get our Mooc or our online course, it needs to pass for 4 phases to be published. The first one is Content Development, the second one is the revision, the third one is Filming and Post-Production, and last but not least the Final review.
